I am so excited for this. I'm going to buy my ticket Friday, then dig a hole in the ground at the Gorge and hide in it until May just in case I somehow lose my tickets. Can't wait until we start hearing some names!
does anybody know the price difference between these tickets on friday and the ones that go on general sale. is it a big difference?

^^^ This
Does this mean they are announcing the headlining band Friday or are they not announcing any bands until February?
The general ticket will still be $290. It's a matter of if you want to buy your pass regardless of the lineup, or wait until after the lineup is announced.
Does anyone know what the pre-sale code will be? I've been googling, to no avail yet.
This is the only place I have seen that the presale ends at midnight. Where did you get that information? I was planning on buying my ticket the first week of January this year so this is a little bit of a bummer. Either way, I'll be there!
I bought my ticket on Friday without having a password.
does the price go up after the pre sale ends in january?
why cant i buy my ticket through live nation it says they are unavaliable and its supposed to go till midnight tonight? please help super stressed and i wnat my ticket
thx
Anyone know how quickly the regular sale tickets sold out last year and how much the price difference was between regular sale and presale?
Now that the presale tickets are sold out I can't decide whether to buy tickets now from Stubhub for nearly $365 for fear of a quick regular sale sell-out, or wait until regular sale in hopes that they'll be cheaper.
Pretty sure last year was $350, so if you played it safe right now, you wouldn't be spending a whole lot more but you'd be guarunteed a ticket :)
Do not buy tickets from scalpers, and do not believe scalpers who say tickets were much more expensive than they were last year, and who recommend paying more now to guarantee a ticket (like the previous reply).
You have plenty of time to buy a ticket, and the cost will still be $290. Paying $365 just because the presale sold out is a very very very bad idea.
Are one day tickets going on sale today??
